CLIENT UPDATE – The Texas CAFO General Permit expired and was also renewed by TCEQ on July 20th. An informational letter concerning the renewals was mailed to each permittee last week. Each permittee will have 180-days (starting on July 20th) to renew their current general permit. Enviro-Ag will be in contact to discuss the process and associated fees. Current clients will be on Enviro-Ag Engineering’s list to get done within this timeframe.
